Sudhir Gupta is an Entrepreneur, Investor and a Business Executive. He is the Founder & Executive Chairman of TLC DigiTech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. He also heads up TLC Group companies in Kenya and Bahrain.

Sudhir is an Indian national, was born in and studied in New Delhi. His academic background includes hotel management, an MBA and a CFA. He began his career with The Oberoi School of Hotel Management (Now Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development) and spent ten years with the company including a year working on a reengineering project with McKinsey. His last assignment with The Oberoi Group was Director Marketing & Development.

Sudhir set up TLC in 2003. TLC DigiTech Private Limited (formerly known as TLC Relationship Management Private Limited) is a tech product and services company with expertise in data monetization through customer life cycle management; including customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and loyalty with domain expertise in the travel and hospitality space.

With its corporate office in New Delhi, TLC is a 500 person Organization with over 50 projects across leading International and Indian hospitality companies.
